When will I be charged for my pre-order?

 

when pre-order  Full payment will be charged at checkout.  and you will be charged immediately.  (Waiting for regular fraud checks)

 

Can I return a pre-order item?

 

You cannot exchange or return a pre-order item.

 

What happens if my pre-order is canceled by the painism?

 

You will be notified of cancellation by email.  And we will immediately refund you the full amount plus shipping.  Please note that funds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.  It depends on your bank or payment provider.  See all return details here.

 

Will I be notified when I pre-order?

 

Yes, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped.  and all tracking information to your inbox.

 

Will I be notified of a late pre-order?

 

Yes, we will notify you via email if there is a late pre-order.  and will inform you of the expected new delivery date.

What if I want to place a pre-order and pre-order?

 

You can easily place multiple orders in one transaction.  And you will be charged for all items at checkout.  Items that are not pre-ordered will be processed and shipped within our standard shipping process.  Pre-order items will be processed and shipped separately as soon as they arrive from the supplier.  You can keep an eye on all orders on the page.  'Your Orders and Returns' in My Account.
